FACS（Foreign Academic Credentials Service，Inc）為美國至悠久的評估機構之一，成立于1982年。從認可度來說，認可FACS的州還是比較多的，評估費用相對較低，一般在$100-$200之間。從評估時間上來看，F(xiàn)ACS需要2到3個月，這也成為了一些考生放棄選擇該評估機構的重要原因。

然而現(xiàn)在，F(xiàn)ACS在評估上增加了加急服務，這對考生而言無疑是一個福音。考生在評估時需提供完整的學歷資料并完成評估申請表格的填寫，在費用選擇上勾選自己所需要的加急服務，繳納所要求的費用。FACS在收到考生的加急服務申請時，會在48小時之內(nèi)受理，但考生需要注意的是，郵寄評估報告的時間是不包含在加急服務時間內(nèi)的，考生可在評估申請表格中進行選擇郵寄方式。

此外，若考生提供的學歷資料不完整，F(xiàn)ACS將不會繼續(xù)提供加急服務了，并會退回已郵寄的資料，扣除加急處理費用的25%?？忌暨€選擇用加急服務需重新繳納加急費用并郵寄學歷資料?？忌坏┻x擇加急服務，就意味著要接受加急服務的政策要求。表格填寫和英文要求如下：

Does FACS offer Rush Services？

Rush Services are offered on the application form for evaluation. Rush Services begin upon receipt and approval of all required documents， application forms and fee payments. Applications with rush service requested are reviewed within 48 hours of receipt. Mailing time is not included in rush service time frame. Mailing options may be selected on the form.

If additional information is required to complete the evaluation， and it cannot be provided within the time frame for rush services， we will place the application in the regular processing queue and refund the rush service fee， minus a processing fee. The processing fee is 25％ of the rush service fee. If selecting Rush Service， you must initial that you accept this policy on the application form.
