為什么固定利潤(rùn)15萬(wàn)的房產(chǎn)稅計(jì)算時(shí),要在15萬(wàn)的基礎(chǔ)上加5%呢?

我本來(lái)是想問(wèn)你小規(guī)模是不是3%,但是我記得個(gè)人出租住房是5%減按1.5%,為什么不是3%減按1.5%,剛才我查了,小規(guī)模納稅人出租不動(dòng)產(chǎn)按照征收率5%征收增值稅,其他個(gè)人也是一樣。
