就是沒(méi)有登記,只簽了購(gòu)房合同,付了購(gòu)房首款,現(xiàn)在房產(chǎn)已經(jīng)被法院拍賣了,購(gòu)買方現(xiàn)在是不是只有拿購(gòu)房合同找賣方進(jìn)行違約補(bǔ)償,只能要得回支付的首款?

那你這種情況你沒(méi)有登記的話,人家銀行那邊抵押登記的肯定是登記優(yōu)先受償,你就沒(méi)有什么優(yōu)勢(shì),你先拿著合同先去進(jìn)行那個(gè)債權(quán)申報(bào)
