1.分開申報(bào)稅額=(10000-8000)*30%+(5000-3000)*40%-3000*5%=1250混合申報(bào)稅額=(15000-11000)*30%=1200混合申報(bào)更優(yōu)化
2.可以將普通住宅的銷售額降為8000*1.2=9600;少收入400,那么可以省稅(10000-8000)*30%-400=200
