同學(xué)你好,隨著我國(guó)其他具體會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則的陸續(xù)出臺(tái),會(huì)計(jì)法律、法規(guī)、準(zhǔn)則、制度的進(jìn)一步修訂和完善,我國(guó)會(huì)計(jì)必將全面與國(guó)際慣例接軌,行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的話就是會(huì)計(jì)從業(yè)人員女性化特征明顯。在我國(guó),在職的會(huì)計(jì)人員女性占了大約三分之二,目前全國(guó)會(huì)計(jì)人才市場(chǎng)逐漸呈現(xiàn)出兩極分化的趨勢(shì),一方面普通會(huì)計(jì)人才嚴(yán)重飽和,另一方面高級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)人才嚴(yán)重短缺,高端會(huì)計(jì)師將會(huì)成為我國(guó)會(huì)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)對(duì)象
