你好 這里只是投資性房地產(chǎn)的賬面價(jià)值是1500 計(jì)稅基礎(chǔ)是 1300-800/5 所以遞延所得稅負(fù)債就是1500-(1300-800/50)

我理解了,再計(jì)算應(yīng)交所得稅時(shí)之前確認(rèn)的900其他綜合收益是不計(jì)算在里面的,最后算余額的時(shí)候把哪個(gè)加上就好了
