您好老師,我是一般納稅人戶,我租別人的房子,年租金用我的貨物抵 ,問(wèn)題來(lái)了,我用不用要發(fā)票,我進(jìn)項(xiàng)發(fā)票夠用,是不是開(kāi)具發(fā)票對(duì)我不利,需要備案房產(chǎn)稅,土地使用稅,雖然說(shuō)這些都是房東繳納,現(xiàn)在都轉(zhuǎn)加給租戶了,是不是我不要發(fā)票更好,求解

您好,我們的貨少了,這個(gè)不通過(guò)銷售結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)成本是產(chǎn)平不了的,另外我們經(jīng)營(yíng)沒(méi)有自已的房產(chǎn),賬上也沒(méi)有租金,這本身就是一個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn),他的房子我們?nèi)ゴ_(kāi)發(fā)票,反正是用貨來(lái)抵,我們談好價(jià)格,貨物確認(rèn)收入,租金也要開(kāi)的

自2001年1月1日起,對(duì)個(gè)人按市場(chǎng)價(jià)格出租的居民住房取得的所得,暫減按10%的稅率征收個(gè)人所得稅。

增值稅征收率5%減按1.5%? (含稅/1.05 *1.5%)
