Main Responsibilities 工作職責：

Drafting and reviewing the tax compliance work, including tax computation, tax filing, and tax review works, etc.

起草和審閱包括稅金計算、稅務申報及稅務審閱工作等在內的稅務合規(guī)類工作

Taking a lead in tax due diligence and tax health check projects, drafting and preparing reports, presentations and other deliverables related to projects independently

參與稅務盡職調查或稅務健康檢查的工作，能夠獨立起草報告和其他項目相關文件

Providing international tax and PRC tax advisory services to clients

向客戶提供國際稅及中國稅咨詢服務

Assistance in providing other ad-hoc advisory services upon request of clients and delivery of timely, accurate and reliable tax reports to superiors/managers for review

協(xié)助撰寫應客戶要求需提供的稅務咨詢建議報告，及時交付報告供上級審閱

Assistance in research and advising on investment structure for both private equity and corporate clients

為投資基金和公司類客戶的交易協(xié)助提供投資架構的研究及規(guī)劃

Communicate effectively with clients and tax authorities in a verbal and written format

能夠有效地與客戶以及稅局以口頭和書面形式溝通

Qualification 職位要求：

Minimum 3 years’ experience as tax professional

至少三年稅務從業(yè)經驗

Overseas working experience is a plus

擁有海外經驗將被優(yōu)先考慮

Minimum University graduates in finance and tax

財務、稅務相關專業(yè)全日制本科及以上學歷

CPA or CTA certification is a plus

CPA, CTA 優(yōu)先考慮

Ability to handle assignments independently and meet tight deadlines

能在規(guī)定時間內獨立完成項目

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills

優(yōu)秀的英語及普通話書面和口語交流能力，包括專業(yè)和商務寫作，報告和表達技巧

Excellent communication skills, strong analytical, management and organization skills

優(yōu)秀的溝通、分析、管理和組織能力

工作地點：北京

語言要求：普通話, 英語

學歷要求：本科及以上學歷

工作經驗要求：3年及以上
