初級(jí)稅務(wù)咨詢(xún)顧問(wèn)

雇傭類(lèi)型：全職

Main Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)：

Assist in the preparation of tax computations and tax returns

協(xié)助計(jì)算稅金和填制社保表

Prepare the required sample application documents

準(zhǔn)備申請(qǐng)文件樣本

Read and interpret the PRC tax laws and regulations

研究及解釋中國(guó)稅法和相關(guān)規(guī)定

Undertake the research aspects of key projects, opinions/advice and draft the necessary documents for review

為重要項(xiàng)目做調(diào)查，提供意見(jiàn)并起草文件

Help draft and prepare reports, presentations and other deliverables related to projects

協(xié)助制作報(bào)告，和其他項(xiàng)目相關(guān)文件

Help deal with tax compliance issues for companies and representative offices

協(xié)助處理公司和辦事處的稅務(wù)合規(guī)事項(xiàng)

Help communicate with client legal counsel or finance team to provide regulatory and tax advice

與客戶(hù)法律顧問(wèn)或財(cái)務(wù)部溝通，提供稅務(wù)意見(jiàn)

Help perform tax due diligence on transactions and advise on investment structuring for both private equity and corporate clients

為私人和公司客戶(hù)的交易協(xié)助提供稅務(wù)盡職調(diào)查服務(wù)；對(duì)投資機(jī)構(gòu)提供意見(jiàn)

Help advice on tax considerations in individual tax efficiency planning

提出個(gè)人稅收效益規(guī)劃的注意事項(xiàng)

Qualification 職位要求：

Bachelor’s degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, law or other related disciplines

稅務(wù)、會(huì)計(jì)、金融、法律、或其它相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷

Professional accounting qualification or PRC registered tax agent or lawyer is a plus

持有會(huì)計(jì)上崗證或中國(guó)注冊(cè)稅務(wù)代理人或律師被優(yōu)先考慮

Working experience in tax/finance function is a plus

稅務(wù)、金融相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮

Good understanding of tax policies, rules and regulations

對(duì)稅務(wù)政策，規(guī)定和規(guī)范有了解

Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service

較強(qiáng)的分析能力，為客戶(hù)提供高質(zhì)量的服務(wù)

Be mature, proactive, motivated with strong sense of teamwork

成熟，積極主動(dòng)，有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神

Good communication skills, self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure

優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧與主觀能動(dòng)性，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能在壓力下工作

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills

優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)及普通話書(shū)面和口語(yǔ)交流能力，包括專(zhuān)業(yè)和商務(wù)寫(xiě)作，報(bào)告和表達(dá)技巧

工作地點(diǎn)：北京

語(yǔ)言要求：普通話&英語(yǔ)

學(xué)歷要求：本科及以上學(xué)歷

工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求：應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生/1年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
